Blush De Ombre ...

Hey Everyone ...

Hope you all had an amazing New Years whether you celebrated it with your loved ones or a night out on the town, I most certainly did :)
Now I'm back with a very cheeky naughty blog post ... So there I was browsing MAC online and came across their new collection Daphne Guinness. I was literally blown away with this collection, particularly their swanky new blush ombre ... Something I have never seen in any other makeup brand I have come across in the years. Its vibrant colours ranging from the darkest plum tones to the lightest pink had me clicking the add to bag before I even knew it, (something I cannot control). I know its naughty and I should be saving my money up to carry on with my driving lessons and other more "suitable" things to buy ... but seriously ... I couldn't resist plus I can still blame Christmas ;) It was a tough £20.50 to part with but once I had received it in the post this morning I knew straight up that the £20.50 was well spent. *yipee*

There are two colours within this blush category; Vintage Grape and Azalea Blossom. On the MAC website they describe Vintage Grape as a Mid-tone violet pink and Azalea Blossom as a light cool pink. I chose to purchase Vintage Grape as its a colour unusual for me to purchase plus I haven't got a colour like this within my makeup collection, Plus I thought it would be a great colour to dust over the apple of my cheeks and even if it is too dark for me, a sheer swirl of them combined won't do any harm :) I must add that the size of this gorgeous blush is not the regular size of normal blushes from MAC , oh no , Its the size of a Mineralized Skin Finish ! Even better!

So tell me what you think of Blush Ombre .. Will you be buying it too? :)
